Our staff members are TrustLine registered and infant CPR/ first aid certified. They are trained in the latest newborn care techniques, are COVID-19 vaccinated and undergo rigorous background checks.

Who is an NCS?

A newborn care specialist (NCS) is a trained professional specialized in the care of infants in their first few weeks of life. With a deep understanding of newborn development, sleep patterns, and feeding practices, newborn care specialists play a crucial role in helping new parents navigate the early days of parenthood.

NCS Responsibilities

At BEBEWECARE, NCSs are experts in providing round-the-clock care for newborns, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing techniques. We ensure that your baby is safe, nurtured, and comfortable. We also support mothers with postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and assistance with all baby related household tasks such as baby laundry, washing and sterilizing of bottles and pump parts.

In addition to caring for baby, we educate new parents on essential topics such as baby care, developmental milestones and help set up healthy sleep and feeding schedules to promote a smooth transition into parenthood.

We provide emotional support and guidance, helping parents adjust to their new roles and responsibilities.
